Breakfast: Generous, variety, but cold coffee, cold pancakes, egg too much cooked, bread thick not from the day it seems. Breakfast could be improved.
Evening meal was excellent great cook, and pastry cook too. The service at the Brasserie outstanding, attentive to the smallest customer desire.
Extremely complicated to get around, you need a user guide!! when you are in the hotel annexe (new building) like the lifts who don’t move if you don’t know it works only with the room card. You can easily get lost when you come for the 1st time.

It is a nice hotel with a historic building. That is all.
Inside the room, you can not find the "must" items like a hygiene bag or a shaving kit, a toothbrush, etc. How can a 5-star hotel with extreme prices not fill the bathroom and also the minibar with regular items?
