Comfortable beds and lovely shower

Collect the key from the reception but the apartment is a few doors away. Location is good. Near to the station.
They gave a piece of pizza and some snacks. Very thoughtful.
Nothing much except that we had some problem initially opening the door to the apartment. Apartment has no lift and we had to drag the luggage up the stairs.

The accommodation provided was not that which we booked and was unsuitable for our party.
Breakfast was poor - surprisingly little on offer.
Staff were pleasant but deflected queries raised.
