About this apartment rental
After complete renovation of this spacious ground floor apartment, you will find a 76 m² apartment furnished with care and taste. The apartment has a spacious entrance area that merges into the kitchen and dining area with 33 m². Here is also a nice seat and the dining table. There is access to the garden through a glass door. The kitchenette is fully furnished. There is also a high chair. In the living room with 17 m² there is a Ligne Roset sofa bed and the HD TV with DVD player. The 17 m² bedroom has a comfortable double bed. The bathroom of 9 m² has a floor-level shower and window.

very fine appartment, clean and spacey, easy to park the car in front, many small restaurants for an easy and cheap Turkish meal. Walking distance from the city centre, but also tram is comfortable.

The apartment is in a great location - 5 minutes from a tram stop which is 10 minutes from the main railway station which made our time in Leipzig much easier as we travelled by train. Being a ground floor apartment was a plus for us because we were travelling for several weeks, as was the washing machine. Two nearby Turkish restaurants and an Aldi about a 10 minute walk away were bonuses. Our host was very obliging and patient in responding to our queries. The apartment is lovely. It has a large living area and good-sized rooms and is well heated and there is a lovely garden to look at through the back window.There is more to Leipzig than music. It has a rich history dating back centuries and, more recently, played an important role in the bringing down of the Berlin Wall. We are very glad that we decided to include Leipzig in our travel plans.
