The completely new 45m2 apartment offers room for 1 to 4 people and is located in a quiet residential street in the western area of Leipzig - about 4km from the center. Public transport and various shops are within walking distance.
In addition to the fully equipped bedroom with a large double bed, the apartment has a living room with an additional sofa bed, a cozy dining area, a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a small balcony.
Balcony
The apartment is located in the west of Leipzig, close to the Karl-Heine-Straße. Many attractions are in walking distance: Between the famous Felsenkeller and the König-Albert-Bridge you will find a great selection of cultural attractions, small shops, cafes, bistros, bars and restaurants.
The center can be reached by car or tram in 5-10 minutes. The Arena, the Central Stadium, Clara Zetkin Park or the Leipzig Zoo are very accessible.

Gerne waren wir in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die kommunikatin mit der Vermieterin hat problemlos geklappt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und liegt im Erdgeschoss einer Parallelstraße zur Karl-Heine-Straße, also ruhig und doch mitten im hippen Plagwitz und verkehrsgünstig angebunden. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend - man hat in Fußnähe aber auch zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, Essen zu gehen. Das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung war perfekt. Es hat alles gepasst - die Vermieterin war supernett, die Lage optimal. Wir waren in fünfzehn Minuten mit der Straßenbahn in der Innenstadt, die Haltestelle zwei Fußminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Plagwitz ist ein wunderschöner Stadtteil. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Leipzig kommen, werden wir wieder dort wohnen.
