Warm, clean, secure, convenient and comfortable. Parking is £2 via online permit valid for 48 hours in Zone E. Excellent Wi Fi. Generous supply of tea and coffee in the room. The guest house has three showers and one bath downstairs which had shower gel and two separate toilets between eight rooms. One on the 1st floor and the other on the 2nd floor. Bear in mind that if you are in room 7 or 8 you will have two sets of stairs to reach the toilets also if you are tall you will be banging your head on the low headroom on your way up and down to and from the rooms. Room 8 only has cold water supply to the sink. The stairs could be too steep for the elderly or those with mobility issues. Appreciated being able to leave our luggage while attending the graduation ceremony and Suzanne allowing us to iron our outfits. Plenty of sockets in the room. Lots of restaurants, places for breakfast and a Tesco Express ten minutes walk from the guest house. Absolutely delightful guest house. Slept like a dream. Would be happy to stay again.
It would be nice to have a small communal guest kitchen with microwave and fridge.

Location was perfect - very close to the station and with easy access to the rest of the city. The room was lovely and the stay was more than I could have hoped for. An excellent place to stay at a very reasonable price - thank you.
