In the middle of the Waldecker Land you will find here, right on the Twistesee a beautiful. Wohlfühloase
Nestled in a forest landscape, in the first row to the Twistesee.
Hiking trails and cycle paths lead you through the beautiful Waldecker Land.
Bad Arolsen with its avenues and the magnificent castle, Mengeringhausen with its half-timbered houses, the Edersee or the Diemelsee, everything is easy to reach by bike and hiking trails.
The Waldecker Land is the green lung of Hesse, in the middle of Germany.
The house is made in beautiful wood construction and is fully equipped.
There is a bedroom with a 2x2 mtr. Boxspring bed, 2 bedrooms each with a single bed and in the living room a pull-out sofa bed for 2 persons.
On the large terrace, which faces the lake, you can relax while singing the birds and the rustling of the forest.
About a small forest path are the Twistesee Rundweg after about 200 meters, the beach with a bistro and caffee after about 400 meters and the boat rental after about 500 meters.
The 9-hole golf course with driving range and restaurant is easy to reach from the beach via a road up the hill after about 200 meters.
The Waldecker Land with its many cycle paths invites cyclists with its easy and demanding itineraries to a nice tour.
Of course, there are also a variety of beautiful hiking trails through the beautiful landscape.
Mount bikers in spring, summer and autumn and skiers in winter, find in about 35 km away Willingen everything you need.
The house is part of a holiday park with a total of 167 holiday homes.
The holiday park has a minigolf course, a volleyball hard court, table tennis, a tennis court and a children's playground.
Ideal for families with children.
Pets are not allowed with us.
Smoking in the cottage is also not allowed.
Linen packages consisting of bedding set a shower and a towel can be ordered in advance for 10 euros per person.
The final cleaning fee of 50 euros and the price of the laundry sets are to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Sehr netter Kontakt und nette Verwalterin. Ganz unkomplizierte und reibungslose Schlüsselübergabe. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen und schönen Lage. Im großen und ganzen alles sehr zu empfehlen. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses könnte ein bisschen besser sein, viele Spinnweben und die Terrasse müsste auch mal generalüberholt werden. Sonst war alles okay und trotzdem empfehlenswert. Lg

Wir waren eine Woche in dem Haus. Es ist grundsätzlich gut gelegen mit einem schönen Blick ins Grüne, allerdings stehen die Nachbarhäuser doch echt eng zusammen. Hinten raus gibt es eine große Terrasse. Diese ist leider sehr schlecht in Schuss, die einzelnen Dielenbretter sind teilweise ganz lose (besonders im hinteren Bereich), so dass sich mein Sohn am Fuß verletzt hat und mein Mann sogar gestürzt ist. Das Doppelbett hat eine gute Matratze, die andern beiden Betten sind eher weich und quietschen sehr. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer kann man wohl ausziehen (das haben wir nicht gebraucht), aber leider war eine Ecke irgendwie schief und hing durch. Das Haus war ok ausgestattet, es gab genügend Teller, Gläser und Besteck. Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen (der Park ist schön mit vielen Freizeitangeboten - man kann die schöne Natur gut genießen), jedoch sollte am Haus einiges gemacht werden. z.B. wären Fliegengitter an den Fenstern eine gute Sache, ebenso wie die bereits genannte kaputte Terrasse.
