Au niveau sécurité moyen important de changer les piles détecteur de fumée et faire un plan évacuation

Emplacement proche du centre en voiture et logement assez spacieux pour 2, lieu calme avec place pour se garer + à 500 mètres d'une borne de recharge pour voiture électrique.
Manque quelques informations comme le fait que la deuxième porte s'ouvre lorsque nous badgeons à la porte 1, qu'il n'y a pas de douche mais une baignoire, manque des équipements comme un tapis de douche, une paroi pour la baignoire et une cafetière à dosettes (uniquement à filtre). Le logement propre en surface mériterait un nettoyage plus approfondi.

La proximité du centre de St Malo
Le fauteuil n’est pas adapté pour un couple adulte, fort inconfortable. Pour des enfants ça peut le faire mais pas pour des adultes. L’appartement est très vétusté, les fotos ne montrent pas la réalité. Dans les escaliers de l’immeuble c’est sale et ça ne sent pas bon du tout, la première impression en arrivant n’est pas des meilleurs. Pour dormir dans le lit à l’étage c’est confortable et l’immeuble est silencieux.
