Located in the heart of the St Enogat district in Dinard, the apartment has been completely renovated and benefits from very good light. You will find at your disposal all the comfort to spend a pleasant stay (Tv, Wifi, washing machine, dishwasher ...).
Very well located and quiet, you can enjoy the proximity of shops, the large beach of St Enogat (less than 200 m walk), the center of Dinard, its market (10 min walk) and shine in all over the country, or read a good thriller on the south-facing balcony.

Appartement conforme à l'annonce. Très fonctionnel, juste ce qu'il faut.
Nous avons passé deux jours très agréables à Dinard. La situation du logement permet de se promener à pied dans le quartier de St Enogat mais aussi dans le centre ville. Le marché couvert est à environ 10min à pied et vaut le détour.
Le propriétaire n'était pas présent mais nous a indiqué par téléphone le fonctionnement de l'appartement et nous a donné des informations pour les ballades.
L'appartement est situé dans une cour au calme, des places de stationnement sont disponibles dans la rue (très etroite).
