Cocoonr agency offers this charming, comfortable flat for rent in Dinard, right in the heart of the Saint-Enogat district. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift) of a typical local building, this charming, fully renovated 34 m² T2 apartment can accommodate up to 4 travellers.
It is composed as follows:
- A lounge area with sofa and TV
- A fully equipped kitchen: oven, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc.
- A family bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with shower
Outside area :
- A garden shared by the building's tenants The house is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Close to Saint-Enogat beach, shops and services.
- Small village with character.
- Water sports, Dinard spa 10 minutes' walk away, 15 minutes' drive from Saint-Malo.
Transport links :
If you come by car, you can park directly in the street at the foot of the building.

Le Petit Bleu We stayed at Le Petit Bleu in February 2024 during the Belgian spring break. First we were in touch with an agency, then we had to get the key from a local agent. He was not responsive via email/message but once I phoned him communication was easy. The place is very small, hence the name Le Petit Bleu. The bathroom for instance has room for one person at a time only. The apartment is well equipped with a new dish washer and laundry machine and located in a good location close to the beach and with free parking in front of the door. We slept well. The beds were comfortable and the building is very quiet. We were missing a sharp knife in the kitchen and some maintenance is due in the place. For instance, in the bathroom one of the light bulbs had to be replaced and there was a water leak in the kitchen. Nevertheless, overall it was good value for money.
