This wonderful former spa lodge is situated near Lanreath, Cornwall and can sleep two people in one bedroom.
1 Lake View is a delightful lodge situated near Lanreath, Cornwall. All rooms are on the ground floor, with one king-size bedroom, with a separate family bathroom. It has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. Also benefitting from a spa room with a Jacuzzi bath, TV and sauna. Outside has an enclosed decking area with furniture. Off-road parking is available. 1 Lake View is an idyllic base for exploring all Cornwall has to offer. Please note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot (no mattress) and highchair available to hire. Off-road parking. Enclosed, rear decking area with furniture. Sorry, no pets allowed. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.8 miles and pub 0.1 miles. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note:Sloping parking bay and level parking opposite. Note: Gentle slope down to the lodge and one step up. Note: BBQ’s are not to be brought to the site. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted.

A lovely well equipped lodge ideal for a couple or single traveller. The lodge was clean and well equipped with nice decoration and furnishings. The sauna and double whirlpool bath were also nice touches, especially after a hard day's walking. The site is in a nice quiet setting, far away from the busier resorts. The only downside for me was the noisy neighbours, kids shouting until 2 in the morning. Think the site should enforce a curfew on outside noise to respect others relaxation time. Whilst I didn't use the restaurant, it did look nice.
