There’s an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, a dining area and a sitting area with a Smart TV, Hive, games machine, Pre-paid accounts for Disney+, Now Tv, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix & Discovery+. Library of 4k ultra Hi Def Blu-rays and a multi-genre DVD collection. PlayStation 4 with a selection of games and also a retro 1990’s Nintendo NES with built-in games. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There’s a utility with a washer/dryer.
