This bright and airy apartment is designed to make our guests feel right at home. Floor-to-ceiling French doors in the living area flood the space with natural light and offer stunning views of Falmouth Harbour and the scenic beauty of St Mawes. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine while soaking in the picturesque maritime panorama from the comfort of your living room.
The bedroom boasts a very comfortable king-size bed with high-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration. Ample storage space is available to keep your belongings organised and out of the way.
In the fully equipped kitchen, prepare your favourite meals with modern amenities including a hob, oven, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all necessary cookware and utensils.
Relax in the cosy living area on the comfortable sofa, enjoying the spectacular sea views or catching up on your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV with streaming services. Stay connected with high-speed fibre internet throughout the apartment and freshen up in the modern bathroom featuring a shower, towels, and complimentary toiletries.

Guest access: Guests have full access to the entire apartment, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. Self-check-in is available for your convenience, and we provide detailed instructions to make your arrival seamless. Unfortunately we have no private parking, however, free parking can be found on a few streets nearby. Alternatively, you can pay for parking in the convenient public carpark right outside the apartment.
Parking: While the apartment does not come with dedicated parking, several public parking options are available nearby. Or you can also look to find free parking a few of the streets nearby.
Public Transport: Excellent transport links are within easy reach, with Falmouth Town railway station just a short walk away.
Accessibility: Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
Noise: As we're centrally located, the apartment is very close to several bars, pubs and clubs. So you may experience some late-night noise. While we're not situated directly on the high street side, there is a car park to the rear, which could occasionally contribute to the ambient sounds.
Events: During Falmouth Week in August and the Sea Shanty festival each year, festivities may slightly alter the usual view from the apartment. Marquees might be set up in the car park between the flat and the sea at the rear for various events. Therefore, please note that your typical view could be temporarily affected during this period.

brilliant stay in this lovely apartment with brilllant views of the harbour. great central location with everything within a 2 minute walk. Ali was a really helpful host with lots of suggestons for restaurants etc.

Location was really great. Apartment is small but I think that is evident from the write up. We had some trouble finding the place. The Grapes Inn was a good GPS destination. Other than that, all was good and we really enjoyed being in Falmouth.

We had a fabulous time. The apartment is very well situated, modern and well equipped. It was beautifully clean and it was perfect for us to explore Falmouth and the surrounding area. Ali was friendly and the check in was easy. Our only problem was our satnav not understanding the one way system in Falmouth! We managed to park in a side road at the top of the hill and walk down rather than pay the cost of parking in Church St car park and this worked well for us. Thanks for a brilliant stay.
