This smart detached cottage is situated on a big Devon farm near the village of Southleigh and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Hiscox Cottage is a smart detached cottage on a 200 acre farm near the Devon village of Southleigh. The cottage can sleep four people in a downstairs double bedroom (can convert to small twin beds) with en suite shower room and an upstairs family bedroom with double and single bed, balcony and en suite bathroom. Outside is an enclosed garden with terrace with furniture and barbecue, lawn and a summer house/games room. You are also welcome to wander the farm and enjoy outdoor activities. Just a mile from the village, Hiscox Cottage is a stylish base for a break in Devon. Property accepts 3 dogs please enquiry if you wish to bring more
Amenities: Central heating. Microwave, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for four cars. Barbecue. Property takes 3 dogs please enquiry if you wish to bring more. Sorry no smoking. The property is set in the beautiful countryside. It is within 5 miles to each little village and towns. The property is lovely and a really peaceful. We would highly recommend it for a stay
