Purlbridge Bungalow is a three-bedroom detached holiday home rurally situated between Colyton and Honiton, in the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This property is a superb base for a family of six or a group of friends looking to explore the nearby idyllic beaches and Jurassic coastline. This single storey self-catered home showcases a spacious living room, kitchen/diner, and a large garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double electric oven, electric hob, slimline dishwasher, microwave, under-counter fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer and a Lavazza coffee machine. There is also an additional fridge/ freezer in the property. Purlbridge Bungalow is ideal for wildlife enthusiasts and walkers, as it is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and just a 15 minute short drive to the Jurassic Coastline where you can take in the beautiful views which stretch for 95 miles with over 185 million years of history. wonderful stretch of east Devon coastline has a chain of pretty fishing villages and traditional seaside towns such as Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton. Crossing the border into Dorset, just a few miles away is Lyme Regis with the famous Cobb harbour and a lovely sandy beach. Beach 5½ miles. Pub and restaurant 2 miles.
