Hosting three bedrooms, including a double bedroom, a twin room and a ground-floor twin room, along with a ground-floor bathroom, this property can sleep six guests. There is also a kitchen and a living/dining room with an electric fire. Outside there is roadside parking for 2 cars and an enclosed garden with furniture. Mackerel Cottage is a lovely dwelling for a family trip to the beautiful coast of Devon. Please note: there is a step between the kitchen and lounge and a small step out from the French doors in to the garden. There is also a step down to the start of the alley way.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available on request. Roadside parking right by property. Enclosed rear garden with lawn, furniture and barbecue. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.6 miles. Forming an area of reed bed and grazing marsh, this River is of great importance for migratory birds and a fantastic spot for birdwatching. There is a two-mile stretch of a pebbled-beach, with a beach hut on the promenade for sun-seekers. The town offers an excellent high street for retail therapy as well as many eateries.
