Die Schlüsselübergabe war völlig unkompliziert. Die Vermieterin hat uns alles per Foto ganz ausführlich geschickt. und wir sind damit gut zurecht gekommen. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Die Eingangstür ist in einem Hinterhof. Zum Bahnhof sind es ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hafen von La Spezia ca 7 Minuten und zum Supermarkt 2 Minuten. Die Wohnung war äußerst sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet und gut gepflegt. Uns hat der Aufenthalt dort sehr gut gefallen.
Bedauert haben wir, dass nicht mehr Druck auf den Leitungen war um zu duschen.

It is very close to the harbour and some shops. It’s an authentic local property.
The access is complicated, and missing some information, like what to do with the keys once you get them. What does the door look like.

The location was great, easy access to the Port to catch ferries and right in the heart of the old town. It is quite a walk with your cases to through the old town but you don’t have too many stairs to contend with. There were 4-5 large steps off the square to get to the Lock Box and probably another 10 Stairs to reach the apartment. Loved that each room had an ensuite.
Could probably put bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom so it could accommodate a family of 4. There is noise coming from the square but they do have double glazing. The shutters still let light into the room but that’s personal, just prefer total darkness.
