Nos resultó cómodo para cinco personas. Hay que destacar la atención que recibimos de Anca, atenta para responder y atender (en lo posible) nuestras consultas, y que nos hizo la estancia mucho más fácil. Es muy importante la buena ubicación: a unos 20/25 mins andando del centro de Bruselas, pero sobre todo a dos minutos andando de la estación de Bruxelles Midi/Zuid, de la que parten los trenes para Brujas, Gante, Amberes, incluso Países Bajos, lo que facilita mucho los desplazamientos si el visitante tiene interés por ir también a esas ciudades. La wifi funciona bien y eso facilita el viaje.
La luz natural es buena, quizá haga falta un poco más de luz artificial.

The apartment is huge. Even bigger that expected. The rooms were clean and new. The kitchen is well equipped and the location is great.
There was no warm water in the shower. Only once during our stay one person was able to get a warm shower. We contacted the host about this issue and they simply said that everything works fine, when it wasn't working fine.
When we opened one of the windows, the wind was so strong that it crashed and broke into the wall. We responsibly contacted the host right away and offered to pay for it since it might be our fault. They didn't fix the window during our stay, leaving the whole room cold(it's winter, so it's 0 degrees outside). The host kept asking for us to pay for the window the same day, right away, even though they weren't going to fix it. We said we will give the money when we get to the apartment, because we're tourists out and about in the city all day. They kept pressuring us to say when exactly we'll be back. At the end of the night they didn't come for the money, which is fine. But the next morning they started knocking on the door and calling repeatedly at 7 AM. This is ridiculous and really unpleasant. Also it was very unkind to us as customers. They assumed we weren't going to pay for the window even though we contacted them right away. Made us feel pressured the last 2 days of our stay.
