The property was close to the train station and grocery stores, and within walking distance of the Old Town. It was a bit noisy at night (sirens).
We wished there was a bathroom fan, but otherwise the unit was great: spacious, could sleep a lot of people, and cute loft (but very steep stairs to get to the loft).

The location is fairly close to the train station. The room itself was okay, though not as described. It was supposed to have 3 standard pads and a double. It had 1 standard, 1 double, and a BUNK bed. It was also supposed to have an elevator- a lie. Check in was difficult. You have to call them and then FIND the location and then use an intercom and their English is very limited and the sound is tough. You then go into the building and are called into a back office-- they don't greet you-- and a guy who speaks almost no English signs you in, takes your credit card for city tax and deposit, and talks into his phone translator to tell you where to leave the key. You find out your room is around the corner, next to a shop and the entrance is between two piles of garbage. 3 flights of stairs up, and room as described. Otherwise nice room, fairly quiet. Neighborhood is very scary-- a lot of non-native Belgians and people living on the street, trash everywhere. We were all guys and were uneasy about walking around. Not recommended.
