Excellent location within walking distance of the train station and downtown. Amazing views of the valley from every side. An amazing spa, bar, and breakfast. Staff were incredibly professional and accommodating.

It's a very nice hotel with rooms on the higher floors and awesome of the city and Alps.
The room size was average, and the bathroom well equipped with a nice shower.
The rooftop bar and balcony are a really nice extra, where we spent quite some time relaxing and enjoying the views.
If I have to pick something: I didn't like that the windows could not be opened. I like to have fresh air in the room. However, the a/c was easy to control and quite silent.

Location is good , view is nice
A/c was not working, there was no cold air coming in the room. Windows can’t be open neither. Room was not very clean. Dusty. Few things were not working: phone, temperature regulator in the shower, shower shelf was tilted.
