This newly remodeled condo is located in the heart of the Warner Center! You are literally less than a mile from the Topanga Westfield Mall, The Village, AMC 16 Promenade and all other shops, restaurants, and bars the area has to offer. If that isn't enough, the condo is is just one block from Ventura Blvd giving you access to all of the Valley from Calabasas all the way to Universal City. The unit features two en suite bedrooms/bathrooms all NEW kitchen appliances and all amenities you need.
The unit comes with two gated/secure parking spaces and the building has 24 hour security. The condo is on the top floor of the building which is perfect for quite use and enjoyment.
The unit is conveniently located above the pool, hot tub, and community room. Additionally, the laundry room is right off the main elevator in our wing of the building. There is also a community pool located just outside the condo for your enjoyment and use.
Burbank Blvd runs adjacent to several major streets and the infamous 101 Freeway is even closer for easy travel throughout Los Angeles County, Ventura County, the coast and beyond

This property is exactly as expected. Nicely remodeled and quiet. The building is older, but nice and safe. I stayed here with my mom and we both found it relaxing and close to everything. My only critique would be of the patio. The furniture needs updating because it feels unsafe. Also, the tv did not work in the larger bedroom. It was otherwise perfect and I would highly recommend!

The bedroom windows look into the elevated highway; and it is too noisy even with windows closed as tight as possible. I'd asked the owner before signing up about possible noise from highway, and he said only one person of all the 30-40 that stayed there ever mentioned it. That's very surprising to me given the noise level we experienced.
The mattresses were too squishy. Couldn't sleep well for all the 5 nights we were there. The rest of the apartment is decent. The building complex is very old, but the apartment is OK on the inside. The location is fine.
