Located on the third floor of a well-maintained gated complex in Warner Center, this condo offers a comfortable and practical base for an extended stay in the western San Fernando Valley.
Upon entering, the kitchen is to the left and a dining table seating four is to the right. Three barstools line the kitchen counter for casual meals, and the space is well equipped for everyday cooking. The living room is directly ahead, anchored by a 45` Apple Smart TV, a Samsung TV, and a PlayStation. Large doors open to a private balcony furnished with a small patio table, two chairs, and a grill. The fireplace in the living area is decorative.
Down the hallway, two California King bedrooms sit side by side on the right, with a full bathroom directly across. Both rooms are well sized and separated from the third bedroom by the hallway, which lends a natural sense of privacy for groups traveling together. The dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair is also along this corridor, making it a practical setup for anyone working remotely during their stay.
At the end of the hall, the guest room offers a Queen bed and its own full bathroom. A small smart TV with Apple TV is included in this room. The stacked washer and dryer are located in the bathroom on this level, available for use throughout the stay.
Building amenities include a community pool, jacuzzi, indoor basketball court, and tennis courts, all accessible to guests. The complex is gated and parking is available on site.

Guests will have access to the entire unit and all building amenities, including the pool, jacuzzi, indoor basketball court, and tennis courts. There will be no one else in the unit unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

This condo is located in Warner Center, the commercial and residential hub of Woodland Hills in the western San Fernando Valley. Westfield Topanga, one of the largest shopping centers in the country, is minutes away, along with a wide range of restaurants, grocery stores, and daily services. The neighborhood is well connected by the 101 and 405 freeways and sits approximately 25 miles from Downtown Los Angeles and 20 miles from Santa Monica. The area is quiet and primarily residential, with a suburban pace that suits guests who prefer a calmer base during an extended stay in the Los Angeles area.
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you`re an explorer, we recommend a car.
If you`re the type who wants to arrive and relax during your stay, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.
Due to HOA restrictions, self check-in is not available at this property. Guests must meet with a member of our team to access the unit. Check-in must be coordinated in advance and can only take place during business hours. Guests are also required to complete all HOA registration or approval protocols prior to check-in and must observe all HOA rules and regulations throughout their stay.

Please note that in the State of California, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed.
There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, fobs, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.
Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property`s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
- Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!
- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.
- Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the entire grounds, including inside the unit, on the front patio (please note the mounted sign), all walkways, driveways, parking areas, and the curbside immediately in front of the property. We ask that guests respect this policy out of consideration for neighboring units on the grounds. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.
- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.
- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
