Woodland Hills Luxury Apt 2 bed CA

We did not have Wi-Fi or internet access during our 3-day stay. The host lied about bringing a hotspot, but it never arrived. Additionally, there was no hot water, and the host did not respond to our messages about it. As a result, we were unable to watch TV or work. The service from the host was terrible, and my experience with Booking.com was equally disappointing. Can you imagine having to boil water daily just to take a bath? We spent $900 on this property and did not have access to basic amenities.

Excellent amenities, great location

Het was goed schoon en de communicatie was duidelijk. Zelfs videos over hoe en wat voor binnenkomst.

Midden in de nacht ging brandalarm, zeer onduidelijk wat er aan de hand was en het was oor verdovend. Tevens waren de brandmelder wel erg gevoelig, bij toast maken gingen ze al bij minst geringe af.

The apartment is located in an area that you have everything you need nearby.

The very first night we were there we contacted the host about a missing shower curtain. She informed us that she was in the area and would drop one off. She mentioned that the cleaning people probably forgot to hang one. She never came and we bought one the next day iso we could use the shower. The other issue that was NEVER addressed was the fact that we NO wifi for 10 days. That was a real issue as there were things that had to be taken care of while we stayed there and we were forced to find wifi elsewhere. A property that is advertised as luxury should be able to provide a shower curtain and wifi for their guests to use.
