The location, breakfast and parking are really well-suited for our family trip. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. It is not in the Les Marais and Saint Germain Des Pres areas but it served our family really well. Most of the guests we met during breakfast were French families. I really like the loft family room which provided extra and private space for the family.
Our bus stop is just near Porte de Vanves, which could be considered far for others but was very convenient for us. Other than that, I have no other things I do not like.

room was average but decent, I di don't take breakfast, the location was not too bad, but I had to get a taxi to the exhibition hall for wine paris as the weather was not good.
In the evening there was no bar open, which I thought was strange and they missed out on revenue, so that was disappointing,

Close proximity to the metro station. Affordable price and good breakfast
Airconditioning blows hot dry air. Making it very uncomfortable in the room. We had to open our window during the day to cool. Bit due to the hotel being next to the railway you cannot open it in the night sue to noise

The washroom was terrible: broken flush, tiny space, no air ventilation, no door lock and non-sealing shower door
