Good utilities in the room. Lovely clean comfy bed
Not a lot in the area. I have stayed in other areas with a bit more going on (pub wise) maybe not open because of Easter I don’t know. Supermarket up the road turn left when you come out of hotel. Bakery and few restaurants to the right. McDonald’s 15 minute walk or so away. Metro 15 minutes walk

The kettle, coffee maker, and iron are all in good condition. The manager of the place is very professional, polite and helpful. The location was a bit far from the place we needed but the area itself is great - it has all you need nearby: supermarket, pharmacy, cafe, bus stop etc. Very safe neighbourhood.
One of the receptionists was not professional and friendly enough when we pointed out that the room we were given was not the one we had chosen and paid for. For her, having a wall or not having a wall (physical separation) between the beds did not make a huge difference, which is awkward to start with. She has found the proper room later, which is great; however, some of her comments and the overall attitude were not professional. I used to work in a business hotel, and if she adjusts her attitude towards guests, that would make it a much better place for guests!

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The bed is high-quality and very comfortable. The room has good space and matches the photos perfectly.
The hotel is small and cramped, especially due to its narrow layout and the constant flow of people. The breakfast terrace is tiny. The staff is very strict about check-out times, giving no extra minutes. There is no air conditioning, and the coffee machine was not working during our stay.
