The German guy at the welcome desk and the staff preparing and serving breakfast were very kind, nice and helpful. Cleaning people as well were very kind and discreet. Thanks to all of them for their good job ! : )

Comfy beds, kettle in the room, great location 2 minutes walk from Mairie d'Issy metro
We checked into a dirty room with messy sheets, wet towels on the floor and rubbish in the bin. We went down to complain and change rooms and the man at reception was very apologetic, but it got us off to a terrible start.
