Very conveniently located right next to the Mairie D'issy metro stop. Very quiet neighbourhood but with everything you might need around it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable. It was a simple hotel room, for sleeping and showering and for that I can't fault it a single thing.
I wished there was shampoo and conditioner in the shower. There was a body/hair wash in there but I couldnt use that on my hair. Ultimately it's not a big deal, and next time I come to Paris I would definitely stay again, and bring my own. Paris parks are incredibly dusty, so my hair didn't stay clean as long as it should have

The German guy at the welcome desk and the staff preparing and serving breakfast were very kind, nice and helpful. Cleaning people as well were very kind and discreet. Thanks to all of them for their good job ! : )

Comfy beds, kettle in the room, great location 2 minutes walk from Mairie d'Issy metro
We checked into a dirty room with messy sheets, wet towels on the floor and rubbish in the bin. We went down to complain and change rooms and the man at reception was very apologetic, but it got us off to a terrible start.
