Old world hotel charm and excellent service. The spa(which allowed kids) was a huge win. We booked based on the pool in the spa and used it 3 times.
While not a terrible issue, the hotel is located roughly 15-20mins walk from the old downtown (where/what you want to see). If the weather is nice then it isn’t an issue and maybe a plus. If raining, then it’s not great.

The property location is absolutely stunning right next to Annecy Lake! The purest lake in Europe. The staff were really very good and took extremely good care in everything. Not even a single negative point to say.

The location is ok - around €20 in Uber to the centre. You have a casino and spa and restaurants all under 1 roof for bad weather, but still suggest you eat elsewhere as food is ok.
Very dated, standard rooms extremely small for the price paid. Room service breakfast average and not much choice also for the price paid. Restaurant/bar area very dated felt almost retirement home like. Maybe 20 years ago it was modern and cool but it needs a serious update. Spa facilities small and overcrowded, treatments over priced. More like a good 3* hotel than 4*.
