The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room and bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was good, the coffee as well. The location is excellent: in the historical center, very close to restaurants and bars, also close to the main shopping mall and railway station.
I rated 9/10 instead of 10/10 only because the rooms are quite small and there is no mini-fridge. However, the staff and the location compensate these two inconveinences.

Really friendly staff, great breakfast and wonderful location
The room size was rather modest. But it was really clean, and the bed comfortable.
