Location was perfect for walking everywhere and only 10-15mins from stations. Staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent value for money.

Hotel was well located. Staff was nice and efficient. Bed was OK.
The hotel in general had known better days. At best, this was a 3 star hotel. Pillows were immensely uncomfortable (way to soft, zero support). Normally, in 4 stars hotel you get at least 1 viscoelastic pillow, that give good support and are comfortable to sleep in. Both pillows were equally old and bad.
The carpet was old and stuffy. Decorations old and put together with zero taste. You could hardly fit your legs in the separate toilet. The bath had no hold-on to get in our out. Even though in theory you had controls for the heat air in the room, it did not work at all, and in the evening it was rather cold. But the heat would not turn on, no matter how high you put the temperature. Continental breakfast was poor. Dairy-free and gluten-free options almost non existent (even though I had warned them in advance). They had total lack of knowledge about how to present food to prevent cross-contaminations with known allergens (e.g., cheeses, next to cold cuts). They did not even know that most cold cuts are preserved with lactose or lactic acid. I could only have 1 cold cut (the Italian one, the only dairy free, gluten free). They could not make scrumbled eggs without butter, etc.
