The location is excellent. Near to the train station and Flixbus stop. Ten minute walk into old town. It was clean and breakfast was excellent.
The bed was not super comfortable.

Location is very good for frequent ttravellers ( near bus and railway stations). Excellent and friendly staff , usefull additional services ( airport transfer), nice view of Vilnius center.
Premises was renovated very long time ago and must be improved in nearest future in order to keep customers satisfied.

The properties is in a good location
I stayed at Hotel Panorama and was disappointed with the room service policy. I personally went to the reception to request a room cleaning, thinking they would appreciate that a guest made the effort to ask directly. Instead, they just read me a note saying that rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, with no exception.
It didn’t feel like genuine hospitality at all — when a guest makes a polite request, you’d expect some flexibility or understanding. For the value, I don’t think the experience was worth it.
