Really really great location! Comfortable rooms, fairly friendly staff. Hotel has everything you need in the lobby, even offers free water, mints, and candy. They seem to be pet friendly too at the entrance.
Only dislike was some of the rooms on the higher floors looked a bit older but still weren’t bad.

Great location, around 10 minutes on foot from Rotterdam Centraal station and around 10-15 mins to main attractions on foot. The room was spacious and clean.
The windows are quite old — there was strong wind one night and we could feel air coming through the window frames.
