The room was nice but freezing cold. We had to get special instructions to find out how to change the thermostat - which fixed it nicely.
Breakfast was included making it a bit of a fight to get a coffee in the morning.

Reception on first floor accessed by either lift or staircase.
Worn out and damaged carpets in corridor.
Not all TV channels were working.
Very slippery shower tray that could be dangerous.
