Location was, good. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and the shower good.
The room was small, but okay as we were not there much. A coat rack on the wall would have been good. The hall and stairs were a bit tired.

I like it because we got a really big apartment, like a whole flat. The property has very good location. Connected with bus stations and also it’s a 25min walk to the Oxford Street.
I didn’t like it that the walls are very tiny and when someone walk through the hall and speak there we hear them very loudly.

The location was great, 5 minutes away from Marylebone Station. The place was fairly clean, and the staff were helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the flat had a full-length mirror and an iron, which I value when traveling for business events. The bathroom had a good shower. Overall, I was comfortable, but there are details that could easily be improved to make it much better.
The flat was poorly lit, the bin's pedal was broken and didn't lift the lid, and the kettle stopped working after four days. The hot water was okay, but it would suddenly turn cold for a few seconds and then warm up again. The lock to the flat was feeble and didn't feel very safe.
