The "Terrazza Mare & Monti" loft is an apartment spread over 114 square meters of useful surface, it also has a terrace on three sides, of about 100 square meters. The loft offers a total of 6 large rooms that can accommodate up to 8 people, all the rooms are fully furnished: a kitchen that includes a fully equipped kitchenette as well as a dining room and a table with 8 seats, a living room of approx . 35 sqm, fully furnished, equipped with 42 "flat screen TV, DVD and 5. 1 surround sound and a sofa bed (three seats), 2 bathrooms one of which is equipped with a washing machine, 2 bedrooms: the first double while the second a triple bedroom (composed of a double bed and a single bed) and finally a small closet.
