The staff is very nice, attentive and careful.
The hotel is small, cosy, within walking distance from the centre of Oxford.
They were very responsive to our needs: we were able to leave the car before and after check in and check out. We were sent instructs how to get in the room, as we wanted to stay out after the reception closed and we arrived before the check in time.
The rooms were clean, with good facilities for different types of coffee, chocolate or tea.
The breakfast was very diverse, matching all possible types.
The garden was very nice. Although we didn't have time to benefit from it, we admired it and its birds and cat whilst having breakfast.

Easy to find, great quiet place to stay. Lots of options to get into Oxford itself. Summertown shops and restaurants were a 15 minute walk away. Very good breakfast. Outdoor garden seating was nice. Comfortable room with lots of extra coffee and tea and water. Extra blanket heater and iron and board if needed. Free parking onsite but also daily parking on the road if requested they do an online parking permit. Tv was smart and I could access Netflix etc too.
There was nothing at all.

Lovely staff and location. Sadly, I was in the single room, where a rather thin and worn mattress resulted in a bad back for the next week
The mattress in the single room was terrible. My back spent a week recovering.
