The place is beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. Very comfortable, spotless, warm, and the beds are extremely cozy. Breakfast is delicious, with great variety and homemade options. Sabrina and her family were amazing hosts, incredibly kind, welcoming, and always attentive. If you are traveling by car, the location is great, only about 10 minutes from the center of Aosta. I would 100% recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.
We traveled without a car, and it is a bit far to walk to the city center or the ski resorts. The walk is also not very convenient, as part of the way is along the side of the road without sidewalks. That said, Sabrina and her family were incredibly helpful and kind; they drove us to and from the nearby ski areas, and even to the bus station, which made our stay much easier. However, I would recommend coming with your own vehicle.

We booked two rooms for 6 days, but unfortunately we cut our vacation short because my father passed away and we left after one night.
The place itself is lovely, a rustic wooden house, 4 minutes from the center of Aosta. The hotel itself is intimate and very cozy. The breakfast we had was very good and in a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The owners are pleasant and nice people. The view of the mountains is relaxing and beautiful. There is a good elevator to the rooms. It is very convenient for luggage. There is a very convenient underground parking lot. The owners did everything to make it pleasant. Good, spacious and cozy showers.
The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioner worked well and we slept great.
Although they didn't have to do this, they gave us the option to come to them again at their expense to continue our vacation that was unfortunately interrupted.

We had a great time at this BnB. The breakfast spread in the morning was wonderful. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. The views from the breakfast area and from the rooms are stunning. There was an AC unit in the room for if we needed it. Our room had bunk beds for the kids, which they loved. The host had a rail to put on the top bunk for us so that our 7 year old felt comfortable he couldn't roll off the bed during the night. It was very close to the center of Aosta, less than 10 minutes, which has tons of good restaurants. We stayed 5 nights and it was a fantastic base to explore the different valleys/sights. Underground parking or parking in front of the hotel was also very convenient. There is a small grocery store literally right across the street which was also a bonus. Highly recommend!
We didn't mind, but if you're a light sleeper there can be noise from some of the other people/guests in the hallway at times depending on where your room is.
