Nice apartment, ski in ski out as long as you can handle an easy blue run. Plenty of car parking in their multi story car park.
Lovely swimming pool and big jacuzzi, bit annoying that a lifeguard kept coming round and turfing anyone under 16 out of the jacuzzi, if you’ve got small kids it’s means you have to get out too.

Personnel à l’écoute, emplacement pas trop loin des pistes, appartement bien équipé et très proche des casiers à ski et du garage top , belle terrasse plein sud,magasin location skis juste au bas du bâtiment

Mooie en ruime kamers en een erg pittoresk dorp ! Onfrans eigenlijk ... echt mooi !
De receptie bij de aankomst was een ramp. Daar moet het management echt iets aan doen. Wij hebben 2 uur moeten wachten op de sleutel van de kamer. Het systeem van inchecken klopt echt niet. Ik heb 10-tallen gezinnen boos zien worden en dat had perfect en makkelijk vermeden kunnen worden. Ik ben zelf CEO van een groot eventkantoor ... als ik op deze manier mensen moest ontvangen op events, dan kon ik mijn deur sluiten en mijn mensen ontslaan. Het was echt CGH onwaardig. Echt jammer ... een slechte start van een goed verblijf ... dus maak je niet druk als het ook bij jou fout zou lopen !

we got an overall comfortable and soasious apartment with a great view. the location is fantastic with ski in / ski out, however there is a bit of walk to the village (not much) if one needs to go on foot. the apartment had everything we needed, was clean and pleasantly decorated.
with that, we felt like in a low cost flight - every little thing one had to pay for. extra towel is 2 euro. A but if shower gel, some complementary tea and coffee would really be appreciated. Aat the check out we received a list of things we had to clean (take off the bed sheets, polish the inside of an oven and a fridge, throw the garbage - if not done properly, it would cost us 80-100 euros). a huge drawback was the Wi-Fi - connecting to the internet via a computer took each of the 3 of us almost one hour! working like that was close to impossible. and you could only connect 4 devices in a flat. another huge disappointment was the spa - the pool and the jakuzi were cold during our stay, apparently some issue with water quality - no goodwill despite us deliberately picking accommodation with the pool. But even the air in the pool area was not warm enough, and when they managed finally to warm up the water towards the end of our stay (still too cold in our view), it was freezing to come out of it into the cold air. So despite the nice apartment, all of the above created some disappointments tainting our stay in this place with overall great potential.
