The food was delicious in both restaurants, and the service of the staff was of good quality and kindness. The temperature in both pools was great.
The temperature in the room was 25, and the thermostat did nothing. We reported to the reception 3 times (every single day we were there), and they said they would report it to the technical team to fix it, but that didn't happen.
There is no WC in the SPA area, which is quite annoying for people who need to go out of the SPA, go up the elevator to the first floor, walk by the cold corridor (might need a second separate door as the heating is getting away in the yard) and then either use the ones on that floor or go to your room.
Small inconveniences:
The Zoo/Kids park could use a little more seating for people to sit (like benches on the sides) and enjoy the deer and the beautiful sight of the mountains.
The whole "complex" is not so "friendly" for child trolleys, as the roads are mostly made of natural stones and have big distances between them (joints), so it's hard to manoeuvre.

I liked the whole experience of this place. The Hotel, the SPA, the restaurants in the complex, the mix between history, wine and relaxation. Everything was awesome.

Beautiful property with vines and nice spa facilities. Rooms and all facilities were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful
Property was very nice and had everything needed. Only suggestion would be some cozy/thoughtful touches in the room to elevate the experience

Balcony and window view. The external territory is quite nicely maintained. The winery is quite good. Music in the shower.
Most of the SPA was not working, nobody told me this in advance. Completely unfriendly staff. The poorest food I have ever seen in 4* hotels. Everything in the room is quite old (apart from the balcony), especially the sanitary ware. It needs to be changed.
