The hotel has a lovely location right by the Central Park. My suite was spacious and very comfortable. Everything was perfect. Very nice staff at Reception and at the breakfast restaurant.

The place is in the center near the park which is very beautiful. The breakfast was good and the room very clean .

Very comfy beed and overall a nice looking and fairly spacious room. Everything was cleanly. The staff at the reception was nice. Location is perfect with the park in front of you, you basically get directly into the pedestrian area.
The breakfast! Gosh, this was an underwhelming breakfast. It was advertised on booking to be much better, but felt like there was no heart in it. The bread and other things were stale even when I was the first to arrive right when breakfast opened. The products and ingredients are overall low quality and don't look or taste fresh. For a hotel of this calibre, they should really give their breakfast an overhaul.
