The price of the property is very good, also the location and it was ok for 2 nights like we stayed.
Cleanliness. It is ok for 2 nights and only for the low amount of time that we stayed in the accommodation (only at night to sleep), but it could be more cleaner, at least in the bathroom.

We had a pleasant stay at this friendly hotel, which is conveniently located close to the train station.
The breakfast was simple but sufficient, with a coffee and a fresh croissant.
Our room (608) had a view over the back of the neighborhood . the view was not something special.
We asked at reception for an umbrella during the rainy days, but unfortunately none was available.
As a minor point, there was a noticeable smell in the bathroom, likely due to older plumbing.
Overall, the hotel is a good option for travelers who value convenience atmosphere over luxury.

The location was great just a 10 minute walk from the tram (which takes you to the airport), almost directly opposite the train station (from where we went to Menton and Monaco) and a 5 minute stroll to the main high street and beach.

Arrived and had booked twin.. emailed to confirm 10 days prior. Arrived and were moved to a double bed. Not what asked.
