The rooms are a good size,clean & have everything you need.
The breakfast is amazing & caters for every dietary need.Had evening dinner equally good & plenty of choice.

The breakfast was lovely everything was hot and fresh and was being restocked quickly so there was no shortage of anything , the variety of foodstuff was excellent there was something to suit everyone.
I do however have a complaint about the staff I dealt with by phoning to check on my reservation to be told bluntly that there was no reservation at all I was passed about to 3 separate staff only eventually to be passed to Craig who didn't understand why they couldn't find our reservation as he was looking at it while I was on the phone he was a star.
I was told by one of the previous call handlers that I would have to pay again to stay, I was so annoyed until I spoke to the wonderful Craig he turned a very stressful

Location.
Lifts; and the room we were originally allocated smelt of cigarettes/nicotine. Not good. Were given another room.
