Staff were amazing! The styling of the hotel was fabulous with a feeling of high luxury. Room was a great size and comfortable with good facilities.
Coffee machine too complicated to operate.
Room looked over air-conditioning units which were noisy. Light from fridge was disturbing during the night.

Good location, valet parking, spacious room
Their service was very inconsistent:
1. Our luggage was taken out of our car, but left in the lobby for us to carry to our rooms. I expected someone to help us, for a 5 star hotel.
2. We asked for our room to be cleaned while we were the whole day out, they didn’t clean it, said it was a mistake on their end. Cleaning should be a default, especially when explicitly requested, very disappointing.
3. The room they gave us was right next to the cleaning closet, so it was very loud as their staff was going in and out all the time.
After we raised these concerns to the hotel front desk, they apologized and refunded us their valet parking fee.

Location - staff were good.
State of the room - broken bits of flooring, old fashioned electric heater, windows covered in putty etc. Felt very tired. Shore was a bit blocked.
