The hotel was very welcoming, the staff very helpful and the room very good.
The shower room was excellent with very good products.
Breakfast was excellent. The range of choices was brilliant.
A minor issue was that bed was a bit firm for us.

The hotel decor was nice. Room was clean. Pool area was good, spa facilities also pretty good. Good breakfast, lots of choices and really lovely staff.
The duvets are too thin, I was cold. No heated towel rail, difficult to dry pool clothes and towels. No draws at all in the bedrooms.

It was clean, room service was lovely.
On checking in, they could have advised to book a dinner table early. We were unable to eat in the restaurant with our children as fully booked and nothing within easy walking distance with young children on a Saturday night.
Paying for parking - should be complimentary if staying in the hotel… thought was a bit cheeky asking for a daily £16.50!
Noise from hotel room at night, quite noisy and heard other residents through the night in the corridor.
