i was in town for business and this hotel is the perfect place to stay, facilities are excellent, the gym is great and the breakfast fantastic, will always stay here when in Lausanne - thank you

Gorgeous room with a lovely view over the city and a first rate sun set
The distance from the train station is further than suggested and all up steep hills.. so beware of that

Staff was helpful.
No coffee machine in the room. Asked: they don't have any. Only Nescafe.
Towels provided were sufficient for one guest. There were two of us. We had to chase housekeeping for more.
Restaurant food was mediocre at best.
Porter was good but spoke only Italian.
