Hotel located in beautiful surroundings. Fabulous breakfast. Nice view if on the side with mountain view. Convenient access to thermal baths.
Cleaning could be better. We booked two rooms, in one the ash tray on the balcony was very full. In the othere there were clipped nails on the couch.

The hotel had a great atmosphere. The bar and restaurant are superb with very attentive staff. The dinner was amazing quality, with exceptional variety. Breakfast also very good. Local produce is to die for.
The rooms are very comfortable with views to the town and the spa. Lovely area to spend a few days, especially when snowing. The spa complex is amazing and worth a visit.
It would be great to have "Hotel guest only" time at the spa because this is very busy. Perhaps an hour earlier or later.

The staff was kind and welcoming. I enjoyed the little treats in the room, it added to the cosy vibe and the enjoyment of the stay. The fact that you can directly join the hot baths from the hotel is also amazing! And the breakfast was really nice.
The room was a little small and one of the cup was dirty when we arrived, but it was something that could be fixed quickly.
