Extremely helpful & responsive stuff, nice building and spa facilities!
Maybe more options at breakfast, first room a little bit squeezed, then moved to larger room which was spacious & comfortable!

Fabulous staff so friendly and helpful with local tours and taxis , Zaza at reception 10/10 for helping and Lounge team first cclass - really an amazing place to stay away from noise and hassle and great atmosphere at night and near Gstaad

The penthouse is brilliant and is equipped with a large fire place, which was a welcome surprise.
Spa facilities are very good and the breakfast is wholesome and sumptuous. Staff was very supportive and attentive.
the two restaurants at the property served excellent food.
The two room unit is very spacious and comfortable, we feel the decor could have been slightly better to enhance the chalet feel. Parking was charged extra, though it could have easily been offered with the booking price.

Service v bad. Staff don’t understand international guests. Made mistakes about our reservation in restaurant / refused to serve us and were v rude. Not accommodating to guests/ don’t understand service and had to ask for everything. Plus the lights went off 3 times as soon as we entered the room after arrival. Room was freezing so we had to ask for extra heaters.
