It was good for 1 night stay.

It needs renovation.

Everything was perfect. Located in the heart of the city,perfect walking distance to see pretty much every area in Nizza.We visited the lovely town because of the Christmas Market,(It was not our first time in the city,so we tried to choose accordingly to our point of interest)and from the hotel It was a mere 10 minutes by foot. It was Just great. And,it is 5 minutes,literally,(by foot)from the subway,wich is good. This little lovely hotel is cozy,clean,and I mean really clean,colorful,mediterranean style,but with a familiar feeling to It. As you walk in,you are greeted with a warm smile and a cup of the drink of your choice,between coffe,every kind you could think of,tea,herbal infuse and,because It was the most wonderful time of the year,a warm and tasty vin brulé (mulled wine). The lounge area,where they also serve breakfast,continental(european)is,like the rest of the place,clean and colorful,with everything you could need to relax and spend a little bit of time if you want or need to.We got scrambled eggs,some of the best I ever had,jogurt and muesli and a good hot invigorating coffe,the right start to a day of walking everywhere in Nizza. The Room we got,good size,super comfortable bed with a nice topper,big shower,streaming services and a view on the roof of Nizza.Just lovely. Last but not least,the nice ladies at the desk always kind,smiling,helpful,and they kept our luggage while we happily wandered in the city,even AFTER checkout,thank you thank you for your patience,and for not raising an eyebrow at the numerous cup of vin brulé we spilled from the container. All in all,we highly recommend this hotel. Top!!

Absolutely nothing!!!

Location is excellent, near the busy street with shops and food. Bed was comfortable, we also had a balcony. Breakfast was fine

Strange artificial smell in the lobby.

The location of this hotel is good. It is easy to get to and from the airport as the tram is very close by the hotel. It was nice to have a lift to get to the upper floors. It was nice to have cold, fresh water available by the front desk.

I found the hotel to be quite shabby. Not just my room, but in general it was dreary. The electric sockets in my room anyway, were so worn out that it was difficult to keep the plug connected. And there wasn't any socket by the bed, despite the description saying there was. The breakfast was merely adequate. There really isn't anywhere to sit and enjoy a glass of wine or anything as the breakfast room, while open was very hot. There is virtually no lobby. And, it wasn't what I would label a 'budget' hotel. The single room was quite expensive.
