It was enough room for us for 3 nights. Clean and comfortable. Yes the ensuite is small but it was fine. The location was perfect. We went on the Dartmouth Music Festival weekend and had a blast with friends.

Parking is tricky if wanting long stay but that is of no reflection of the host. Plenty of 2/4hrs parking very nearby.

The location was good. We were able to find free parking nearby.
We could not leave a window open at all so had no fresh air. We were unable to connect to the wifi even though the owner tried to sort it out for us. We didn’t realise we would need to boil a kettle every time we wanted some hot water - not a major issue but unexpected.
