This cosy cottage is perfect for a seaside retreat, with a kingsize bed and beautiful garaden to relax in and enjoy the sun.. 23 steps to entrance.
All on the Ground Floor:

Living area: TV, DAB Radio

Kitchen area: Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Coffee Machine
Bedroom area: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Small patio with garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. A charming studio which is a lower section of a larger house which is the owner’s residence. The Cabin has great views of the River Dart but is located in a sunny and very peaceful location so you can park the car when you arrive and relax as Dartmouth is an easy 10-minute walk downhill, with taxis and a local bus all available in town. If you are spending time exploring Dartmouth, catching a ferry up the river or just enjoying a leisurely lunch you will not need to worry about the car! When the weather is sunny, breakfast can be enjoyed outside seated at a pretty French table on your terrace or further down the garden on another seating area. Relax, enjoy the sun, read a book and sip the coffee!
