Spacious, clean , walking distance to everything
Property was not easy to find but this would have been ok if there was someone we could communicate with. We have contacted them for different reasons quite a few times through booking.com and they never got back to us which was really disappointing! And not helpful at all!

Spacious apartment in the centre of Dartmouth, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the museum, cinema...there is also parking permit and allocated parking space.
Arrival gift with some tea and instant coffe, also cleaning products.
It is a third floor, which gives natural light despite being very close to the next building.
Electric overnight store heaters, which were switched off on arrival. We had a very cold first evening and night until they started working!

Had a restricted river view but still wonderful.
Very clean and well equipped property had virtually everything you needed.
Right in the centre of town so very close to pubs and restaurants and the coop
Noisy most mornings from either the emptying of bottles from the wine bar underneath the property or the delivery van to the coop.
Seagulls are also noisy but this is expected by the coast.
Nothing that earplugs couldn’t solve

Columbine is a cosy property in a great location
The shower is terrible and does need sorting as it flits between freezing cold and boiling hot within 1 second, this is very frustrating and dangerous. My son couldn't have a shower because of it and I managed 30 second showers at a push
