Really spacious modern 1 bedroom apartment with a lovely front garden and all the mod cons. Large modern shower and bathroom, really good living space, good size bedroom with space for all belongings. Access to washing machine, dishwasher, TVs in both rooms. Quiet neighbourhood, 15 minute walk to town centre.
- Parking - suggested free option in front of local school 2 minutes walk away was not free apart from Sundays, managed to luckily get parking on a the only side road that did not have paid parking but only limited spaces
- No French press/Mocca to prepare coffee just a coffee machine that only takes ready made coffee bags (six provided by the owner)
- A lot of clatter, in trying to make the apartment look nice owner might have gone a little bit too far

Le logement était très agréable, correctement chauffé. De nombreux ustensiles de cuisine et des jeux de société présents montrent que le logement est bien pensé pour une grande famille. Le jardin est bien entretenu et donne envie de s'y poser. Le quartier est calme et vraiment bien situé avec le centre commercial à 3 minutes.
Le petit bémol est l'accès à la douche pour une personne âgée. Une rampe de douche aurait été parfaite pour garantir sa sécurité.

Coin qui respire l’humanité et le souci du relationnel. Propre, bien équipé, tranquille et reposant. C’est un coin qui n’est pas aseptisé et non convivial. Bravo aux propriétaires pour avoir insuffler cet esprit.
C’est du détail et des pistes d’amélioration car on peut toujours progresser: le fonctionnement hasardeux des plaques de cuisson et des ampoules à changer. Mais vraiment c’est pour dire quelque chose car c’est anecdotique par rapport aux points forts.
